To manufacture uppers from synthetic leather sheet, the Upper sheet is pasted with PU liner cloth and the required uppers are then cut from the pasted sheet. The cut uppers that include the quarters (sides), vamp (top/front), trims, straps etc. are then send for stitching together by hand.
The cut uppers that include the quarters (sides), vamp (top/front), trims, straps etc. are stitched together by hand. Later, eyelets are inserted into the uppers and insoles (sox) are stitched.
Here the ready uppers are combined with the sole that is prepared by pouring PU liquids into hot moulds. After setting of PU with the upper, sandals are removed from the mould. The computer of the machine controls the volume of PU liquid, pouring time, time period and mould temperature.
After casting PU sole, the sandals are shifted for checking & trimming and then printed insole is inserted into the sandals. The finished shoes are packed into corrugated Boxes and finally into carton.
